Know what is in every tank. Anywhere on Earth.

Remote tank level monitoring and GPS tracking for fuel and lubricant suppliers, distributors and operators. Each unit picks 4G or satellite on its own, and every customer gets their own branded daily report.

Tanks reporting from four continents

Australia, the United States, South Africa and across Asia. Every report is written in the local time of the site, so a reading at 6am in Johannesburg says 6am, not the time in Perth.

Who it is for

For the businesses that fill tanks, and the ones that empty them

01

Suppliers and distributors

Fuel, lubricant and chemical suppliers who look after tanks at their customers' sites.

  • Every customer tank in one daily report
  • Each customer sees their own tanks, and nobody else's
  • Reports carry your branding, or your customer's
  • Deliveries planned on actual levels, not a fixed roster
  • Fewer emergency deliveries and wasted runs
02

Operators with their own tanks

Mining, agriculture, water treatment, transport and offshore operators with tanks spread across remote or dispersed sites.

  • Fluid level and GPS location from one unit, fixed or mobile
  • 4G or satellite, selected automatically by each unit
  • No site power, Wi-Fi or cabling required
  • Reports divided by site, division or contractor

The daily report

One report for you. Their own for each customer.

Each morning, every recipient gets the product, litres remaining, safe fill level, percentage full and last update time for the tanks they are responsible for. A supplier sees every site. Each customer sees only their own, under their own logo.

Our own platform, built in-house from the ground up. Report layout, branding and who receives what are all set up for you, not forced into someone else's template.

Coverage

4G where there is signal. Satellite where there is not.

Each unit checks what is available and switches between 4G and satellite on its own, including while the tank is moving. There is nothing to choose and nothing to configure.

Mobile coverageNo mobile coverageDepotCustomer siteRemote mine siteOffshore
4G

Depots, forecourts and towns

Units report over 4G wherever mobile coverage is available.

Remote sites and stations

Where there is no mobile signal, the same unit reports over satellite instead.

Tanks on the move

Trailers, skid tanks and bins report level and GPS location as they travel between the two.

What we monitor

If it holds liquid, we can measure it.

From a 28,000-litre bulk diesel tank on a mine site to a grease bin in a workshop. Fixed or mobile, above or below ground.

Engineering

Something unusual? We engineer it.

GAT has its own engineering team and its own reporting platform. When a tank, fluid or site does not suit an off-the-shelf sensor, we design, build and test a method that does.

  • Non-invasive IBC monitoring
  • Grease and waste bins
  • Process vessels and sumps
  • Custom report layouts
  • Data sent to your own systems
  • Field-tested before rollout

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can our customers receive their own reports?
Yes. A supplier sees every customer tank, while each customer receives a report showing only their own tanks, carrying their own logo. The same structure works for divisions, depots, sites and contractors within one business.
Do you cover sites without mobile coverage?
Yes. Where there is no 4G, units report over satellite, so coverage does not depend on the network available at the site.
Do we need to choose between 4G and satellite?
No. Each unit selects its own connection, using 4G where it is available and satellite where it is not, including while the asset is moving.
Can you track the location and level of a mobile tank?
Yes. GPS location and fluid level are reported by the same unit, so trailers, bins and other mobile tanks do not need a second system.
Whose platform runs the reporting?
Ours. GAT's reporting platform was built in-house from the ground up, so reports, branding and recipient structure can be set up to suit each customer.
What can be monitored?
Diesel, petrol, lubricants, waste oil, coolant, AdBlue, grease, bulk chemicals and water, in fixed tanks, IBCs, drums, trailers and bins. For anything unusual, our engineering team can design a suitable sensing method.
Do you work outside Australia?
Yes. We monitor tanks in Australia, the United States, South Africa and across Asia, among other regions. Each report shows times in the site's local time zone.
How is the service priced?
Pricing depends on the number of tanks, the connectivity each one needs and how reporting is structured. We provide a quote after a short assessment of your tanks and sites.
